Our digital health platform lets patients find nearby healthcare providers, book appointments online, see wait times from the comfort of their homes, and avoid long waits with our virtual waiting room. Healthcare providers benefit from our platform, because we help them deliver care more efficiently.

We are looking to fill an intermediate web development position to build, refine & implement services related to our digital health platform. If you think you’re a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!


Responsibilities 
You will collaborate with the company's President & development team to see through the development of new & ongoing services. Some of your specific tasks may include:

  • Building, refining and implementing web & mobile applications

  • Product development, design, testing and implementation from kick-off to go-live

  • Delivering a high-quality, stable application that fills unmet healthcare needs


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of web development experience

  • Strong familiarity with JavaScript frameworks

  • Extensive knowledge of web & mobile frameworks

  • Passion for working within an agile technology company

  • Project management skills with an understanding of the big picture & technical nuances

  • Experience building interactive web applications

  • Experience defining & consuming APIs

  • Strong communication skills

  • Interest in healthcare & improving access to care



Bonus

  • Experience implementing and supporting hybrid mobile app frameworks

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails

  • Experience managing a team and mentoring junior developers
