Responsibilities

 

  • Review and analyze complex month end results and co-ordinated variance explanations for Operating Expense review.

  • Change management

  • Data warehouse management and new report implementation for new KPI’s
    Act as liaison between the business unit / operations areas and the Finance Controller team

  • Recognizing opportunities and provide viable improvement recommendations for senior leadership team review

  • Presentations to Director of monthly variance analysis and triage.

  • Interaction with director team related to budget preparation and month end variance analysis.

  • Understanding of IFRS and the ability to identify issues and interpret and apply accounting policies.

  • Define and measure Real Estate operational metrics and key performance indicators.

  • Provide procurement support and controls through review and approval of all channels of spending. Ensure adherence to corporate procurement guidelines.
    Provide support in the preparation and review of financial pro-formas, Business Cases (HBCTs), Project Plans (PPRs), Economic Value Added (EVA) analyses Real Estate Summaries, and other ad hoc financial analyses as required.

  • Respond to Region and Division lead requests for data and special projects.

 


Qualifications

 

  • For liability reasons all hires must be at least 20 years of age with a valid driver’s license (G2 or G).
